Error during Build in local | Unable to delete file | webfragmentCore_XSSFilter.jar

I do the setup in local for core and commerce trails 5.7 version .But after every server build(ant clean all) I am getting the below error

  C:\coreTrails\hybris\bin\platform\resources\ant\util.xml:130: The following error occurred while executing this line:
     C:\coreTrails\hybris\bin\ext-backoffice\backoffice\buildcallbacks.xml:36: The following error occurred while executing this line:
     C:\coreTrails\hybris\bin\ext-backoffice\backoffice\buildcallbacks.xml:68: Unable to delete file C:\coreTrails\hybris\bin\ext-backoffice\backoffice\web\webroot\WEB-INF\lib\webfragmentCore_XSSFilter.jar
 

Any help on this is appreciated.
