Error creating constraints through backoffice

Am creating constraints for a custom object but getting below exception

Hi ,

ValidateLocalizedConstraintInterceptor throws this exception if we attempt to apply localized constraint on non localized attribute. Seems that attribute is not localized therefore you should not define constraint's validation language while creating constraint and as a result you will not get this exception.
