ERP webservice SSL problem consuming from C4C

Dear experts;

There is a RFC in SAP ERP system which I can consume it from SOAPUI and it works fine. But when try to reach it from C4C I'm getting SSL Error ( ICM_HTTP_SSL_ERROR)t.It's start to getting an error after Cloud for Customer changed their SSL certificate. I've already add new certificate to SAP ERP system but nothing changed. These pics shows our service configurations. Am I missing something or we inport the wrong certificate I'm not sure about that.? Can you help with that?

note: web service port is 8000. Is that cause by any problem?

By the way last photo is where I get the C4C certificate to adding ERP system.

Hi Guilherme,

Actually I changed the way of connection between ERP and C4C I basicly needed the consume ERP webservice from C4C. but I could not pass the SSL problem.

So I changed the method. I created a web service in C4C and consume it from ERP side and It worked. But soon I'll need that information with another customer's requirements. So I'll try that.

Hi,

The scenario is C4C --> ERP, right? The requirement for C4C outbound connections to work is to have the root and intermediates certificates of ERP into C4C certificate trust list.

So please export the certificates from ERP -> strust ->folder: SSL Server Standard -> Own certificates

Add all them to C4C -> Administrator-> Common Tasks-> Edit Certificate trust list
