ERP to C4C replication error: "You can only create sales data for customers"

Hi all,

I get error below on C4C message monitoring screen when i try to send a customer from ERP to C4C using BD12. I could not find the source of error. Did anyone face the issue before ? Btw there is no error in CPI and ERP side.

Hello,

These errors come up when you are trying to replicate a business partner with sales area data being sent in the payload, but the Business Partner role code sent isn't customer or prospect or the role code be missing altogether.

Kindly check the payload and your code list mapping.
