ERP Sales Organisation ID not available in the replication of BP to S/4HANA

Hello,

We are setting up the replication of business partners from C4C to S/4HANA on-premise using CPI. We are using the communication scenario: "Business Partner Replication to SAP Business Suite"

In C4C we have a sales organisation ID: ABC and in S/4 we have a sales organisation ID: 9999. We maintained the mapping from ABC to 9999 in the "ID Mapping for Integration" on C4C under "ERP Sales Organizations" under the correct System Instance ID of S/4. However we dont see the S/4 sales org ID in the output payload that is sent from C4C to S/4. And ofcourse the webservice fails in S/4 because it cannot understand the sales org ID: ABC.

Anyone faced similar issue?

Hi Sandesh,

sounds strange...

But if you won't get it working you could also do the mapping on CPI side with FixValues, don't you?

Hi Tobias,

Yes, we can do the mapping on CPI side but then you are maintaining the mapping codes on CPI. I was expecting CPI to give the ID back because the conversion is maintained on it.
