I need your valuable feedback on ERP quotation creation using LORD method. my requirement is to create ERP quotation from Opportunity/IC agent (IR) and once Quotation is converted to order in ECC change the status of opportunity in CRM.
i have configured the ERP quotation in CRM for an opportunity as follow up , i can create ERP quotation from opportunity and in the oppty transaction history i can see the quotation. but how can i configure automatically change the status of opportunity once quotation status changes?. and also if i have different types of Quotations configured in ECC and how to show them at the time of erp quotation creation from opportunity.
this is bit urgent for business it would be great if anyone respond to me pls.
