Hello, I know that Customer Checkout has a lot of functionality regarding POS operations. I would like to know what would be a good solution for a company that wants to perform some ERP operation (inventory transfers, purchase orders, etc.) in the store where they use Customer Checkout. I know that the obvious answer is to install an ERP client in the store, but I would like to know about best practices; maybe it is better to have all these operations only in the main office, I don't know. What do you say to customers that want to perform ERP operations (not supported by CCO) in CCO?

Hello ogonzale,
First, as you know these operations are not supported from SAP Customer Checkout.
The answer regarding the recommendation is not a single correct answer. It depends upon the customer business model and flexibility. The partner needs to decide this on case to case basis.
I know that some partners even built creation of stock transaction capabilities in SAP Customer Checkout so that they can be posted to ERP systems like SAP BusinessOne.

However we recommend to make changes to SAP Customer Checkout to reach the last miles of customer. PlugIns come with maintenance overhead.
