Enhanced Identification/Utilities: Identification (IUICMD) profile in SAPS/4HANA 1909

Good day,

We are implementing Utility solution in SAP S/4HANA 1909 and activated all required business functions including CRM_UT_ER_2, but when trying to look for check/search to define profile for Define enhanced identification profile under Identification Profiles for utilities, unable to find it. Please can anyone suggest is there anything specific which needs to be done.

Hi Ravi - we activated CRM_UT_ER_3 in 1809, then you may be able to see it in the IMG - see below:

Hi Ravi,
in release 1909 the customizing pad "Define Identification Profiles" is missing by a mistake and cannot be added to the IMG. Please use the viewcluster TA: SM34 CRMVC_IU_MD_PROF to define the identification profiles. With release 2020 the customizing pad will be available.
