Enhance Enterprise Search by Partner of a specific role

Dear all,

I would like to enhance Enterprise Search for appointments by partners of role attendee in C4C. Is there Unfortunately, I can't find a way to add a search for a partner to a specific role. Does anyone have any idea how this is possible?

Hi,

There is no direct possibility of enhancing enterprise search at Appointment->Party node. However as a workaround you can do follow:

1. Create a KUT field "ZCustomerPartner" at Appointment-->Header or overview section..

2. Enable the fields for "Enterprise Search" in case of Appointment.

3. Create a workflow rule or PDI code which copy the value from Standard party role to your custom field "ZCustomerPartner".

4. Now you can use this field in Enterprise Search.
