team we are trying to enable PCM prospective in our current production environment and we tried to add below extensions
<extension name='pcmbackoffice'/>
and did platform update but still we don't see that prospective in backoffice .Can you let us know any solution for this?
Request clarification before answering.
Hi - by including pcmbackoffice in localextensions.xml and then performing ant all updatesystem, you should be able to see Product Cockpit in backoffice when you login as an admin (admin/nimda).
If you still do not see Product Cockpit in backoffice when you login as an admin (admin/nimda), you should enter Application Orchestrator mode using F4 key on the keyboard and then click Reset Everything on opening the menu by clicking the top right button (looks like [y] in the versions upto v1808 or a Hamburger Menu in v1811).
If it still doesn't work, please comment out all the custom extensions and perform ant clean all updatesystem. If it works now, you can selectively uncomment the custom extensions and try to find which custom extension is causing the problem.

You need to have both pcm related extensions in your local extensions .
pcmbackofficesamplesaddon and pcmbackoffice
after adding the extensions to local extensions you need to do ant clean all and then perform ant updatesystem
