I'm trying to enable the "Best Email Sending Time" feature in the campaign execution. Checking the sender profiles app I discovered that the corresponding dropdown selection for scores is missing.
I assume that the reason might be the provider we are using ("sapMS" - description says "SAP Mobile Services Email").
Is my assumption correct and what can be done about it to enable the feature in campaign execution?
FYI: The Best Email Sending Time score is visible in the segmentation.

In the Sender Profile application you can assign a Score for Best Time to Send Email only for such sender profiles that use Sinch or a generic service provider interface.

essupport.digitalinterconnect@sinch.com. Seems its not yet activated for your account.
