Hi All,
We are integration C4C & CTI and incoming calls are already working for CTI. We have a business requirement to enable outgoing call for CTI. Apart from the standard SAP documentation I am not able to find any help.
Can you please provide me the steps/docs to achieve this.

Request clarification before answering.
Jayant,
Just get into an Account which has a number set and click over the phone number. As explained, this feature is for activating a Click to Call feature. If you are expecting to get a dial pad, you need to get the CTI providers widget.
