Empty tiles appear while selecting value in configuration and then disappears

On selecting a value of 'Design' the length values are filtered but valid values are retained with invalid values as blank.

This only happens on the first selection. On selecting other Cstic values all works absolutely fine. Thus, the first selection of Design cstic any value gives such a behaviour of empty button.

Inspected the Delta Bean, it seems to be not registering the the changed cstic values prior to Design selection but why is that happening only for this value selected.

Any insights would be really appreciated.
