Empty contact profile page

What would be a reason why in the QA on-prem system we have empty profile page for contacts, while in the DEV all is good?

We are in the process of testing of an upgrade to the version 1709 SP01.

Please check in the QA system if the configuration as per Contact Profile - Fiori App Library >> IMPLEMENTATION INFORMATION >> CONFIGURATION has been done correctly.

Apparently CUAN_CONTACT_SRV was not active in the QA system and it was not also mentioned in the "Essentials" step as a service that should be active. That's why we missed it.
