What 's the difference between Employee support and Customer support ?

Dear Sondes,

Do you have more than one business role assigned?

If you just made the changes to the business role, can you click on Assigned Users - Update Users.

If the issue still persist, kindly open an incident and we will check further.

Hi Paula,

In the service work center i have 2 Tickets

I have already created Documents types but when i try to create a new ticket i see only type of tickets related to the Employee support i don 't see the types i created

Hi Sondes,

In the Service work center, you should have Tickets and Employe Support. Tickets is mainly used for Customer support tickets.

Please also note that we advised for a user not to have both Employee Support and Customer Support assigned.

Customer support is missing in service work center . I added it to the project in activity list

Dear Sondes,

Customer Support is when your employees/users are handling incidents/inquiries from your own customers. Employee Support is used internally between employees (example: HR tickets).
