Employee Responsible - Sales with sales organization

Hi all

I’m struggling with an issue where I cannot find a standard solution. Maybe someone has the same experience regarding Employee responsible sales with sales area data ?

By default when you create an account the owner is determined unfortunately the sales org is not added in the account team. One of the rules is that the sales data should be added in the account.

But this is done during account creation:

So when I check the account team I see the Employee Responsible – Sales has no sales organization.:

This means in SAP ECC the sales rep will not be added.

Is there a standard way we can solve this ?
