Can we create Employee Groups in SAP Hybris C4C just like we create in Whatsapp so that the employees can coordinate internally regarding the updation of transactions, etc?
Every Transaction Object in C4C has an Involved Parties node, you could maintain your employees here per transaction, and any updates could be notified by Feed Updates.
Thanks for the reply. You mean to say that if all the required employees are added as Involved Parties in a transaction, any update in the transaction will be sent automatically to all the Involved Parties via Feed updates?
The Feed Settings would auto trigger a notification which you can view in Jam Feeds, in addition you could also use "WorkFlow RUles" to trigger Notifications to the resp. Involved Parties.
