Hi all,
Is it possible to set up an e-mail to open tickets (hr contact) and restrict the access of employees? So they will not be able to see the e-mail in the Contatn Details tab. So this e-mail will only be used by external people (ex employees, pensioner)?

Hi Livia,
You can have a different email channel for external people. You need to have a proper email channel set up for this. Please refer the below blog
