Hi all,
Considering the configuration of contact HR by email, is it necessary to have an email box? Or once an email is sent by the employee, a ticket is automatically opened without the need to have an email box as an intermediary?

Yes, you should have a mail box and this email channel needs to be configured in C4C as well. Please read the blog
