employee as an activity partner in sap crm

Hello CRM experts,

I have duty that includes to assign an employee responsible partner as an activity partner. In the activity document partner shema I have used 0000009-activity partner partner function. While giving the partner with role only BUP003 ı get the error comm_partner 142: partner may not be used in partner function.

I need to solve this without maintaining employee role (adding CRM000 role). For any help I would be appreciate.
