Emarsys System Landscape

We have some below questions regarding Emarsys system landscape

1. Does SAP provide both test & production environment as part of Emarsys customer engagement license?
2. If only single Prod tenant is provisioned, How can we utilize single tenant for both Test and Prod environments?
3. If both Test & Production tenant landscape is available then how do we move the configurations between test tenant and production?

Hello deerastogi,

SAP Emarsys doesn't have a test/sandbox system and gives PROD env only.

• From my implementation experience, the system is designed so you don't need a test system!
• Emarsys system is an amazing marketing tool with a highly personalized omnichannel.
