Emarsys SMS Channel Service Provider.

Hello experts,

We have successfully activated SMS channel for our customer, now we need to add our customer's SMS provider API.
The provider of the sms service for our customer is local company which is based in Georgia, Tbilisi. So it is not listed in emarsys's Providers list.

what should We do in this case ?

Hi sandro.bunturi, As the others have correctly pointed out, we do not support all vendors out of the box, though we are always working to extend this list. In your case this will require a small custom development task by Emarsys to enable this vendor. Your SAP partner manager will be able to help you initiate this request.
