Emarsys SAP Commerce Connector configuration - Registered Customer

Hi Experts,

Would like to see if anyone knows what does this "Registered Customers" referring to from a system point of view?

Does it mean in SAP Commerce Cloud - Customers - field Customer Type = Registered? or what?

Hello sindywong,

Registered Customers means only customers who've registered their account in eCommerce with either email/phone and other details.

• Also, any anonymous visitor is not counted as a registered customer.

Dear Sindy,

Yeah , In Commerce we have Registered Customer and Anonymous Customers, here it refers only to those who have Registered.
