Hello All..
We want to retain historic interaction within Emarsys i.e Emails Opened/ Click_throughs/ Newsletters Subscribed etc.
We do not see an option to load these data within Emarsys from external systems .
Also are these data - Email Opened/Newsletter subscribed - stored within Emarsys Data base which can be referenced.
We need to create a report comparing the historical interactions w.r.t. Emarsys interaction to showcase the capability.
thanks
Ritesh

Hi ritesh_bhagat, yes, regarding the data storage that is correct. It is stored externally and can be used as desired - for exampe for deeper analysis in a dedicated BI tool, or to use in Emarsys for segmentation via our relational data setup.
Open Data is not part of our core package and requires our Advanced Integration Capabilities package (i.e. it comes with additional costs).

Hi wyoung ,
With Open Data , we can only export data from Emarsys for retaining historic Interactions and again we have to use the Relational data set up if we have to use it for segmentation within Emarsys right ? So we have to utilize both Open data and Relational data set up for this scenario ?
Regards,
Saravana.
Hi m.saravana, yes, you would have to use Relational Data in order be able to reference that data back in Emarsys for segmentation. A simple API call to push the data from OD to RD would be enough.

Hi ritesh_bhagat, all email response data is stored in BigQuery without expiration and can be accessed in Emarsys through our Open Data product. Please note that these datasets will only relate to existing contacts - the data from deleted contacts is removed immediately.
I hope that helps!
