Emarsys Help Portal Access for SAP paper

Hi,

We have just signed up for a new Emarsys Account under SAP paper. Here we would like to sign up for Emarsys Pioneer Program and also access to the Emarsys client training materials, etc. But how do we get access to https://emarsys.zendesk.com/?

Hello keysapsw,

I udnerstand what you're looking for is the Emarsys Pioneer Program .

• I was a member of this program when I was in my earlier org, then SAP stopped taking external members and only by invite to specific members!
• I've reached out to them via email, but then I got similar response.

Hi keysapsw, if you signed on SAP paper then you'll want to join the Emarsys Continuous Influence Session rather than the Product Pioneers. Training materials you can find on Training.emarsys.com (nop login required). Support tickets should be raised through the SAP Support Portal rather than the Emarsys Zendesk site.

I guess Continuous Influence Session and Product Pioneers are rather different in nature. There isn't any options to join an existing in pilot stage features, such as MMS. Had tried to raise ticket related Emarsys on SAP Support Portal, no feedback after 2 weeks. 😞
