Hello Dear Community,
I am uploading contacts CSV file to emarsys manual data imports tool.

This is the CSV content sample, I want the values of the externalID column to be an unique identifier, they are ID's From our ERP system.
But When I upload the field and match the field as shown below, the customer ID field is not populated in the detailed view of the customer.

Hi sandrobunturi123, no, the contact ID is not listed in the properties page, but there are ways you can check that the right ID has been saved.
1) When opening the contact properties page, the identifier will be shown in the URL string in the "&uid=" parameter.
2) You can export the contact and the UID will automatically be added to the export file
3) You can use the API to return the value of any field
If you do not see the identifier that you expect, please open a support ticket.

&uid= As you said parameter is populated with customer ID's,
But unified customer profile data is not populated according to these ID's. For Example, I have manually edited my profile and set the Customer ID field to my corresponding ID ( A am also a customer of this company), Then, there is only My unified customer profile populated with the latest purchases I had with that company. Have you got any Idea what can be the Issue In this case?
