Emarsys data Import does not set Customer IDs

Hello Dear Community,

I am uploading contacts CSV file to emarsys manual data imports tool.

This is the CSV content sample, I want the values of the externalID column to be an unique identifier, they are ID's From our ERP system.

But When I upload the field and match the field as shown below, the customer ID field is not populated in the detailed view of the customer.

Hi sandrobunturi123 - that is indeed interesting, and over my head I'm afraid. Please open a support ticket for them to look into what is happening in the backend.
