Emarsys Data Export to SFTP

Hi wyoung ,

I can find in the documentation that while Importing data to Emarsys from SFTP , we can have either Password or Key authentication available but for Exporting data to SFTP , its only password authentication . why is it so ? Cant we have Key based authentication even for Export ?

Hi m.saravana, yes that is correct - only password authentication for data exports. There is an open feature request to develop SSH Key authentication but I cannot give you any timeline as there is a lot going on in the backend regarding data import and export, so things like this will have to wait until that project is completed. However, I have registered your interest in the feature request.
