Hi omer.yildirim! The site https://dev.emarsys.com/ is certainly where you want to go for the Emarsys API, not help.emarsys.com.

What exactly are you trying to do? If you can give me some more details I can identify the right endpoints for you. Where do you want to send the order from and to, and what would be in the JSON payload?

Hi omer.yildirim - thanks for the clarification - then you need the Sales Data API, which is slightly different to our main API. This is the Help article you need:

Is that enough to help you for now or do you need more information? I am asking around for more details but I cannot guarnatee I will get anything before the Easter break....

Thank you for your help. I would expect there to be a link on the sales data preparation page. I'm surprised I didn't find this page. for now, this document will guide me.

As you know, I can integration Emarsys and our system about Sales Data, we can use ftp. I can prepare .csv file and upload ftp. There is a question on the last page of the url below, that is "

Why is API the preferred method for uploading sales data?". How can send sales data via api? is there any document?
