Hello,
we have had our sender domain set up for signing with DKIM via an incident. The domain was customized and all work was done on both sides.
When sending a mail (e.g. from a C4C ticket), a look into the e-mail header shows that the wrong technical sender domain is used.
There it says: smtp.mailfrom=myXXXXXX.mail.crm.ondemand.com
This should actually be myXXXXXX.infomail.crm.ondemand.com, so that the desired DKIM entry takes effect.
Which settings or actions are necessary to use the correct sender address?
