Email - Unsubscribe link and update Opt-out for Email Campaigns

Hello Experts,

Can u pls help me in getting the response to my question?

My requirement is to have a email campaign with link to unsubscribe in the email template. when the user clicks on the unsubscribe link the contact/ account part of the target group assinged to campaign should be updated with opt-out.

Hi vinod.reddy9 ,

when you create your email and insert a link you have the option to choose between different link types:

Here you can choose "Easy Opt-Out".

If you want to do the same not for the email opt-in but for a special communication category (e.g. Newsletter) you can choose Easy Unsubscribe.

Here you can find all the information regarding Links in E-Mails and E-Mail Templates in SAP Marketing Cloud.
