Email Templates - Can not see the target groups when i want to send a test mail

Hello all,

i can not see my target groups when i want to send a test email with target groups.

So i can not select one.

Can anybody help me with this issue?

Hi Carolin,

do you have a static target group in the system?

Have you checked if your settings are as described in the application help on that page?

It may be an authorization issue as well. Which business roles have you assigned that specific user?

Did you release the Target group ? Can you release the target group and see again ?
