Please i have a question about Email & SMS compagne using SAP marketing cloud, what are the prerequisites to start an email & sms compagne by using SAP MKT,

Hi s_chaibisoufiane39,

First of all, you need an Email Service Provider like SAP DI, AWS etc.

Then you need to setup the Sender Profile.

Assign sender profile in the content studio - content and you're ready to test/send email via campaign or manually.

Please can we integrate our external Email and SMS provider with our SAP MKT ? or should we adopt these ones ?
