When Sending emails that are integrated into C4C (along with the matching Email notification workflow), everything works perfectly (emails sent are converted into tickets and in queue, as well as working workflow).



However, when a picture is pasted or is 'screenshot', the Email is not converted into a ticket, nor there is no Email notification.
Any idea on how to solve this? Thanks!

Hi Tristan,
You might not have allowed the Corresponding MIME type for the Email with an image.
If you could find the corresponding Web service message, from the error log you can identify the MIME type that is not allowed or
You can use any MIME checker online which will give you the MIME type of your Email.
Then you can refer this blog on How to add and allow MIME types in C4C. (Though this is in Silver light , the path is same in HTML as well).
