Email notification based on number of records exported from SAP C4C Data workbench?

Hope you are doing well!

I have below requirement.

If someone(who has access to Data workbench) tries to export more than 1000 records from SAP C4C Data workbench then an Email notification should be sent to me.

Could you please let me know if this is feasible or not? If possible, how to achieve it.

Hi,

To my knowledge, it is currently not possible to trigger an email based on the number of entries being exported from DWB. The thought process behind it coudl be that only admins are supposed to have access to DWB. hence whats the point of triggering another email to another admin or superadmin?
