Email not working for the workflows in Marketing Cloud

Hi Experts ,

I have my MKT Cloud system configured with SAP Digital Interconnect. I am able to receive mails from the campaigns . When i executing the workflows , i am not receiving emails for approvals. I am getting the app notification but not the email for workflows approvals in marketing cloud.

Thanks kunalkumar.bansal I tried two three things , it started working after reactivating the standard notification workflow delivered by sap .

Any ways raising the ticket to sap as mails are coming after 10 15 mins ,which is not the right way.

All right, please mention what workaround did you do, so that workflow started to work!

Hi Rashmi,

The job to send these emails is scheduled to run every 10 minutes. In case it is taking longer than 10 minutes, please submit a ticket.

It is planned to increase the frequency to run this job every 1 minute in an upcoming release in 2019.
