Email Campaigns based on secondary email address of IC - SMC

Hi Community,

We have a use case to target customers based on their secondary email addresses in SMC. Is there a way we can send emails to IC based on secondary email address under IC?

Hi Bhaskar,

No , Always the Email from Best Record is considered , but if you have Marketing area separation enabled , then the Email id relevant for that Marketing area will be used in Email campaigns.

So if different email id has to be considered during Campaign , then it can be only achieved using Marketing area seperation.

Thank you for the reply. As mentioned below I would like to send an email to Mkt Area - IND_01, Can I do that? How SMC will separate the data based on the marketing area, in this case, I believe SMC always maintains a golden record email address for campaigns.
