Email Campaign with Generic Email Interface SAP Marketing cloud

Dears,

Good Day,

I am new to SAP Marketing Cloud and I got confused when trying to set up an email campaign

I have some questions

Is this mandatory to have an account with any service provider in order to set up the email campaign?

I tried to follow the below Blog

But I did not have an account with any service provider to complete Step 6 (Call the API from the email service provider using HTTP protocol)

also, I got the below error when creating the sender Profile

Dear Nourhan,

Yes you need a service Provider ( Sinch or Amazon or any Generic Sender profiles ) to send Emails and you cant create a Sender Profile directly , You have set up the service provider for emails and text messages and you have maintained the communication arrangements before creating sender profiles.

As I understand It is mandatory to purchase an account with Sinch or Amazon to set up a system provider

Dear Nourhan,

Yes , Its Mandatory to have a particular Service Provider for Email to trigger Emails from Marketing system.
