Email campaign for opt out contacts

Hi,

We need to get consent of customers to change the membership agreement due to the change in point expiration date.

In SAP Marketing Cloud, Is it possible to send an email to members who have opt-out permissions for the above use?

I understand Opt out in marketing will not send emails to Contacts, is there any other way to send email ? please confirm

Hi Arun,

under the campaigg you have a checkbox that you can enable 'ignore marketing permission'. As per my understanding this would ignore all existing marketing permissions.

It won't ignore communication limits or suppression

rules if you have any of these in place.

Hi @jefodb,

Thanks lot, verified in quality system, working fine

1. Opt out contacts segmented and created target group

2. In campaign screen enabled "Ignore marketing permission" and executed campaign

3. Email sent successfully to opt out contacts those who are in target group.
