Email Attachments

Dear community, I hope you are all doing well,

I want to validate the use case of sending emails with attachments in PDF format. I understand that there is a way through JSON as mentioned in the following Emarsys article. But I want to validate if:

1. Is there is another alternative of using JSON calls?

2. Is there a way to connect Emarsys to an external SFTP so emails can fetch attachments from there?
