Hello, I would like to ask if there is a way to edit the part of: from the mail, since I see that it has the pencil icon and only allows me to choose emails and what I want is to write the email of the sender, attached photography.
I also want to know if in case you can not edit the sender section I can restrict the list for people within the system, for example there are 4 people who handle tickets and I want to be shown for each of them to be shown from the list only the mail that belongs to them.
I would appreciate your help, I am new in this
