Element with CodeList is not found in UI designer

Hi Experts,

I am facing an issue when I want to bind the codelist to an element

I performed the following tasks.

1.Created a BCO ,BC set and BCC--AREA.BCO

2. Addedd Label "Area" element  zpArea : AREACode;

3.Added an DROPDOWN box , by name Area in the Main screen, where this field needs to be added

4.Tried to Bind the Area with zpArea from step2

5.Problem is I am not able to find the zpArea in the Iist of availabe z elements

Any inputs on ,which step I missed/messed?
