Editing master layout causes the screen to lose the original layout

When editing the master layout in C4C in order to create new KUT fields, or change/move existing fields, whenever more than one change is made during a single ‘edit’, the changes are not retained and existing KUT fields are also randomly scattered on to the Ticket Header from their desired positions.

When trying to move the fields back to the desired position on the screen, changes are not registered unless they are done one at a time (ie. Edit Master Layout -> make one change -> End Layout Changes) and repeat the process over and over again until the layout is correct.

This is a highly time consuming and repetitive task - creating / amending a handful of KUT can take hours.

Can someone please help with some solution please

Only when rearranging the fields, I have faced this issue with master layout KUT changes in HTML client. Have you tried it via fiori adaptation ?

Yes i tried arranging the layout via Fiori and faced the same issue there as well

i believe you reported this issue to SAP via incident this is strange and cannot be same for every customer so pelase rech SAP via incident or Expert chat for faster solutions.
