Edit Template for mass upload using Excel Add-in

Dear Experts,

I'm using Add-In for Microsoft Excel® (downloaded from C4C tenant) to mass upload Leads, and I find it very useful and simple.

Do you know if there is a way/procedure to add the KUT fields I created (on Leads using adaptation) to the template? (I downloaded the template by clicking "Import from Microsoft Excel" in the Leads workcenter.)

It would be very useful to be able to update even those fields with the same procedure!

Hi,

Yes you can add a KUT field to import template. You need to make some adjustment to import template as written in following blog.
