Hi,
Is there any possibility to edit the length of a custom field in 'Custom fields and logic' after that the field has been published and transported?
I am on premise 1702

Dear Ms. Durieux,
As per my knowledge, once a custom field is assigned, assigned and transported, changing field size s not possible.

Is it possible to change it via the GUI?
I'm on prem but I'm affraid to create inconsistency between the fiori and the GUI
If you go to transaction /nSCFD_FIELDVIEWER, you will see no option to change it as it will lead you to inconsistecies as many objects have now dependencies after assignment and transport!
