Edit Bundle Selection Criteria in Product Cockpit

Sync is not enabled after editing some components/feature(Started Component) in the bundle selection criteria popup.

Hybris Version: 6.6

Steps to reproduce:

1. Product Cockpit

2. Add new/Edit bundle with some of products and enable started component together

3. Sync available now - Start Sync

4. Check those product in storefront - Bundle Added

5. Again edit existing bundle but don't enable starter component
   

6. Sync available now - Start Sync

7. Check those product in storefront - Bundle Not Added since starter component is disable

8. Open the existing bundle and now enable to starter component in the popup widget

9. Sync not available now - Not able to sync now

10. Check those product in storefront - Bundle Not Added since sync didn't perform
