ECC Sales Quote Attachment Replication to C4C Sales Quote

Hi Experts,

Could you please help me understand, if the attachments added on the ECC sales quote be replicated to C4C. I assume it the answer is yes as we have communication scenario that we have implemented 'Replicate Sales Quote Attachment from SAP Business Suite'.

we have also completed all PO configuration and SOA manager config in ECC, when we try to ping webservice 'CO_CODERINT_ATTACHMENT_FOLDER' from ECC its showing success, however when I add an attachment to ECC Quote an IDoc is getting successfully replicated to C4C with all other quote details but not the attachment.

Is there any ECC config missing ?

Hello harshal.raut,

Any Attachment replication from C4 to ERP or from ERP to C4 will be sent only upon successful processing of confirmation message. So in your case, when you added the attachment - quote replication message was sent to C4. Then C4 should send back a confirmation message and if this confirmation message is successful - then attachment message will be sent from ERP to C4.

You need to configure the services , enable communication scenario within arrangement related to this confirmation message for the attachment to be sent out.

sorry for responding to this old topic. But we have the same problem.

We want to replicate Attachments from Contracts (Direction: S4 Hana to Sales Cloud). We've set up the contract replication (including attachments) between the systems with confirmation from Sales Cloud as well as the CODERINT_AttachmentFolder Service in SOA Manager.

But nothing happens after confirmation. What else is to do? Or which attachments types are replicated in general? All in the attachment list of the S4 document?

There is also this hint in the integration guide, but I can't find these chapters anywhere.

To replicate attachments in cloud solution and ERP, you must configure the web services in SOA Manager. For more information, see the following chapters in the SAP Cloud for Customer Integration Guide:

• Configuration to send attachments from SAP ERP to SAP Cloud for Customer
• Configuration to send attachments from SAP Cloud for Customer to SAP ERP
