ECC Integrate to C4C overview

We have BPs and product from SAP Hana ECC that push (Integrate) to SAP C4C. This was done by consultant a year ago. There is no documentation how it all hang together.

We need to investigate why some fields are not updated in C4C. To do this exercise, we need to run some test in C4C test environment. First I need to know is this environment setup to do the integration and the next how frequent is the data push from ECC to C4C.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Wendy Lim,

The replication occurs via background job. The frequency of job can be selected when you run the integration setup report in ERP (RCOD_CREATE_CONNECTIVITY_SIMPL)
