On an Agent drafting an email on a Ticket in SAP C4C, the corresponding Employee can view this draft email when they examine the Ticket Interactions via the Employee Central Service Center console.
Is there a way to prevent this occurring as an Employee should not seen any draft emails which might be prepared on a Ticket?
To check, create ticket and then draft an email and save. Access ECSC, select ticket, review Interactions and select "Conversation from Email". The draft email will be present.
