E-mails qualified as spam at web.de

Hello everyone,

we have noticed an issue with email campaigns sent to web.de

It seems that the emails get directed to the spam file. Moving them to the postbox and saying "this email is no spam" doesn't help. The next email that is received from the same sender is directed to the spam file again.

Only adding the email address to the directory helps. However, we do not expect that our end consumers do that. So we assume that the main part from our web.de end consumer do not even read our email campaigns.

Is there anything we can do to fix that issue. It seems web.de specific.

Which ESP are you using?

It is very important that the emails include unsubscribe links, for example.
